Is there a sguide or user manual for this? Im trying to figure out how to attack from a player character to an npc and vice versa.

There is no guide, except for the Basil Oakblend Voice over tips.
As for the NPC question. There is currently not a way to do an attack from the Players to NPC or vice versa. Players can only attack Monsters. You can go to the forge and make an NPC into a monster and then add that monster/NPC to attack it. I will look into a way to have the ability to attack NPC directly.
